Payment & Refund

Payments for Bazaarvale Coaching services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on bazaarvale.shop.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from studio@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Denmark norms.
• This payment page at Bazaarvale Coaching is scoped separately from our other service notes on this site.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact studio@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Aarhus unless otherwise stated.

Most payment start with a short written brief at Bazaarvale and are answered in plain English during Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00. Country context: Denmark Desk near Mejlgade 52.
